Only if mistakes were made by Geneherbs (wrong delivery, damage in transit, or damaged goods), can customers be rewarded a full-refund, or exchange with the company-paid postage. If the transaction is received by the company electronically, an electronic refund will be issued.
Please send the goods in a register parcel with a return application to the following address: 8F, No.214, Dunhua N. Rd., Da-an Dist., Taipei City 106, Taiwan. Please wrap your return goods carefully with the original packages on if possible. Please also note that the company does not accept any damaged returns, and customers will be notified either by phone or e-mail as soon as the return procedure takes process toward the final result.
